Governor Hochul signed Executive Order No. 4.1 last night continuing the Declaration of a Statewide Disaster Emergency Due to the Healthcare Staffing Shortage.
The Executive Order extends all provisions contained in previous Executive Order No. 4 including allowing for the use of providers licensed out-of-state and graduate students. It also extends provisions related to billing, EMS and all other provisions or E.O. No 4. E.O. No. 4.1 adds provisions relating to home health care.
