Executive Order 202.50, issued today, continues the suspensions and modifications of law and any directives not superseded by a subsequent directive, made by EO 202.30 and EO 202.40, which amended the directives contained in EO 202.30 for 30 days until Aug. 8.

As a result, the requirement for the operators and administrators of all nursing homes and all adult care facilities must test or make arrangements for the testing of all personnel, including all employees, contract staff, medical staff, operators and administrators, for COVID-19, once per week, continues until Aug. 8.

This EO also includes a new provision related to the reopening of shopping malls in Phase 4 regions of the state.
