Iroquois recognizes the value of retaining good employees and has developed a program to assist our member Human Resources professionals with retention.
The online Employee Services Program (ESP) is a retention tool for health care facilities that wish to offer an added benefit program to their employees.
Facility Membership in the Employee Services Program allows a health care organization's employees to access significant discounts and services that are specially packaged and customized for Upstate New York.
Iroquois has partnered with regional and national vendors to offer information, services, and discounts to ESP members. Program offerings include information or discounts for house and home, wellness and fitness, personal finance, travel and entertainment, computers and technology, gifts, apparel, automotive, and education.
