Iroquois Healthcare Association has been a leader in developing the Health Care Workforce for Upstate New York using the “Health Care: Get Into It! You'll Get So Much Out of It” campaign as a successful tool in raising awareness of health care career opportunities. The campaign has been particularly useful for recruiters, educators, students, parents, and prospective health care workers. This media campaign has been successfully used within local hospitals, state labor department career and job fairs, colleges and high schools.
